My question. I have made my first hand pressed cider Wednesday night. Fresh apples and pineapple. Smells wonder full. I am familiar with the cider process as far as a basic method of store bought Juice yeast and sugar. So my question is should I have thrown in campdon tablets into my mixture. It's a mix of fresh juice
nd pasteurized cider I got from the store. So about 50/50 mix. It's rocking a very nice ferment right now. So am I to late or should I not worry.

I wouldn't worry, the amount of yeast that is normally pitched is gonna go through so much sugar that others can't get foothold unless you start it out rotten in the first place.

If you're gonna store for a while, or age, you may wanna add it after fermentation.
