Are people getting winner emails this morning too?

all I know is that those of us who got an email yesterday only have until the 31st to payup... I'm assuming they are waiting to see how much is left over

Got second session tickets! Need to figure out logistics this weekend if I am going to be able to make it up in May.

If for some reason I decide I won't be able to make it, I will be happy to pick them up for someone else. Will post here by Monday if that is the case.

Ya, that's what I think they are doing as well.

It kinda sucks, I would rather get the you lost email now so I know I didn't just miss the email or the spam folder ate it and then get another email later saying that some tickets were not purchased and now I won the right to buy a pair.

What folder did your entry request confirmation email go to? The invite email will show the up in the same place. I'm betting there will be another round of second invites when extra tickets go back into the pool.

As far as hotels go, where are you guys staying? I booked a room at the Holiday Inn, since that looked like the cheapest option within walking distance of all the bars/restaurants.

Not sure yet. I only live 50-60 minutes from Portland so haven't decided if a hotel is worth it yet.

Yes veddy good question. Also, we should speculate as to what .rar beers will be pouring afterwards. I wanna .shar some beers! Perhaps lambandtunaphish could bring one of the 55 boxes he won!

Just in case it wasn't clear, that was my halfassed guess, not a real list.

Attendees of the Wild Friendship Celebration will get to taste this small-batch brew of which only 1500 bottles were produced. Attendees will also sample 3 additional rare beers from each brewery.

Not a .rar beer, but I would imagine there will be, unannounced, unlimited pours of White also available.

Actually Allagash probably won't pour all coolships, I bet Mattina b2 will pour also as it's ready to go now.

I'm just assuming they'll have the "components" of Friendship Blend. Maybe it'll be more interesting and be Beat, unblended cantillon lambic and unblended coolship.

You're probably right about Pliny. I was mostly just looking at what was poured at Quintessence and riffing on that.
