all I know is that those of us who got an email yesterday only have until the 31st to payup... I'm assuming they are waiting to see how much is left over

Ya, that's what I think they are doing as well.

It kinda sucks, I would rather get the you lost email now so I know I didn't just miss the email or the spam folder ate it and then get another email later saying that some tickets were not purchased and now I won the right to buy a pair.

What folder did your entry request confirmation email go to? The invite email will show the up in the same place. I'm betting there will be another round of second invites when extra tickets go back into the pool.

Anyone from the NYC area get the late session and is thinking about driving up on the Friday night before?

Any chance you have a spot in the car/when are you planning to head back down here?

a few of us a carpooling.. not sure the logistics just yet but I think most (if not all) of us are heading back down Sunday

As far as hotels go, where are you guys staying? I booked a room at the Holiday Inn, since that looked like the cheapest option within walking distance of all the bars/restaurants.

Planning to drive up Saturday morning from CT.

not sure yet... was waiting to see if there was a hotel where most are staying or just do our own things... now w/ sobeleg possibly on board we might be up to 9 deep

If anyone has extra tickets or can't make it - I am looking for a pair!

Why are we not speculating on what the other .rar beers are that will be poured?

Friendship Blend

Beatification
Supplication
Consecration or Pliny

Resurgam or maybe unblended coolship
Red
Cerise

Classic Gueuze or maybe Unblended lambic or maybe GCB
Fou Foune
something else

No White???

Just in case it wasn't clear, that was my halfassed guess, not a real list.

Attendees of the Wild Friendship Celebration will get to taste this small-batch brew of which only 1500 bottles were produced. Attendees will also sample 3 additional rare beers from each brewery.

Not a .rar beer, but I would imagine there will be, unannounced, unlimited pours of White also available.

Actually Allagash probably won't pour all coolships, I bet Mattina b2 will pour also as it's ready to go now.

Anyone know of any camp grounds fairly close by? It's only about a 3 hour drive but it might be fun to just camp for the night.

I feel like most people going to this have drank that list 20 times over. If they bust out pliny and classic gueze for the rare beers I'm gonna start pulling nails in the barrel room.

I'm just assuming they'll have the "components" of Friendship Blend. Maybe it'll be more interesting and be Beat, unblended cantillon lambic and unblended coolship.

You're probably right about Pliny. I was mostly just looking at what was poured at Quintessence and riffing on that.
