all grain summer beer recipes

Looking for all grain recipes for a summer brew was thinking maybe Chimay Red, but I'm open to any suggestions.

I don't have a recipe yet, but I'm kicking my summer beers of with a Belgian Saison. Followed closely by a pair of Wheat Beers, one German and one American. I've seen a LOT of people talking about Cream Ales for summer, might be something to consider.

Just finished bottling my first spring/summer beers. Did Biermuncher's centennial blonde ale, but split the batch (lightly dry hopped one half and racked over strawberries for the other). Nothing fancy, but it should give me a nice refreshing brew for the warmer weather.

Now to find something with a bit more kick...
