I inherited some slants of 1056 yeast and a wide array of hops from a brewing buddy that is quitting (shame, but essentially doubles my gear so hard to complain.)
Have tons of tettnang and willamette, and I'm looking for something simple (partial mash maybe) I can put together in the relatively high ambient temps here in Chicago. Ideas? If there's a better resource for this point me there!
