So I brewed this batch thursday, up until yesterday it was bubbling every 4 to 5 seconds. Now on day 4, the bubbles are down to about once every 45 seconds. Is this common? Is there anything I can do to wake the yeast up if its not?

That's a pretty common timetable. Relax, don't worry. But if you have to worry, take a hydrometer sample to see if your gravity is close to done. Let it sit at least another week in any case. No need to take any action at this point.

Cheers,

It's fine. Airlock activity means almost nothing. Check the gravity in a week. I bet it fermented out fine.

Basically, after that amount of time, initial fermentation is done. It'll the slowly, uneventfully creep down to a stable FG. The I give it 3-7 days after that to settle out clear or slightly misty before bottling.
