I use primary and rack to a secondary. Most of the beer I brew ferments around 60-65 degrees. I see a lot of people keg and age their beer. Does the kegs need to be kept at the same temp. when fermenting or normal room temp ok? Bottles as well I guess.

I secondary in my kegs at room temperature. When they've aged enough and I need one, it's into the kegerator.

When aging in a keg, do you only put the beer in the keg, or a blanket of co2 on the top, or do you begin the carbonation
