What do you think of this amber ale? 10 gal. batch all grain fly sparged

18 lbs 2 row pale
2 lbs 80 L
.5 40 L
.4 Chocolate malt

2.5 oz. Centennial 60 min
1 oz. Willamette 15 min
2 oz. Amarillo 0 min

I like it it will be sweet maybe a little hoppy for the way I like my ambers but If thats what you want go with it. If you use a brewing Software what was your SG estimated at??

I am wondering if you SRM is going to be on the high side? It looks more like it is pushing into the NutBrown territory. Amber Ales are supposed to be maltier/sweeter than standard APA's, so the use of a good deal of Crystal malt doesn't bother me. I agree though, the IBU sounds like it is going to be quite high. I like the combination so far, but I'd switch out the 80 and 40 places and drop the Chocolate to bring it more akin to an Amber.

Running the numbers gives me around 25 SRM, so it is more in the NutBrown territory.
