So after work today I decided I would brew a batch of beer. The recipe is BM's Centennial Blonde, first time I have tried it. Everything is going good so far, I am on the sparge now. Anyways per usual I've already made a little mistake. This time I forgot to vorlauf when I collected the first and second runnings. I am not really too worried about this, but was wondering if anyone has ever forgot this step as well. Any and all anecdotes are welcome. Only thing I suspect that could happen is maybe the beer be a little cloudy. Alright back to it almost boil time!

Alright, brew done. Made a more critical error, when I was transfering to my better bottle I forgot to close the spigot. Ended up losing about a gallon of wort, what a bummer. Ended up with ~1.052 OG, little higher than expected but should be good.
