Hi all,
I wanted to post here because you all are such a diverse group of brewers from so many industries and I chose this over reddit.
I’m opening a brewpub in the very near future and need a microscope.
I know my way around them but would like to get some recommendations for affordable/functional options.
I only want it for cell counts of harvest yeast, not bacteria.
