Does anyone have any experience with this? The ECC forums are dismal and basically dead.

I can edit the HMI in the configurations but it doesn't show up anywhere else. Should I see it somewhere? I click around a bunch and I couldn't figure it out.

Maybe I am just asking too much of the BCS and I need to build a true PLC panel with dedicated touch screen interface.

So the info on http://wiki.embeddedcc.com/index.php/HMI_Builder isn't enough for you?

Is your HMI image not appearing on the main page when viewing your BCS main screen?
The temperature gauges and the HMI section on the main screen have +'s to the left of them to minimize/maximize those areas. Maybe your HMI section is not maximized?
Below is a screen shot of my setup back in 2011 (it's changed alot since then).

Also make sure the URL used for the HMI image is not longer than 64 characters... http://forum.embeddedcc.com/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=1113

What browser are you using?

Wow, I feel like a genius. I missed the little plus sign on the main control page that actually displays the HMI. Whoops! I had built something in the builder but couldn't figure out how to use it. Go figure. Good to go now. Thanks!

While the ECC forum has been quiet and the Wiki has some grey areas, using both areas you should be able to find 90% of what you need for the BCS.

Looking forward to what v4.0 will look like...

Im currently using V4 beta 2 and it is very stable. The only think I would like would be some sort of recipe builder so importing it would be easier than going in and editing each mash step.
