Hey everyone. Long time lurker. Getting into the classifieds to upgrade the setup with a new fermenter. Thirsting over the SS Brewtech Unitanks but trying to decide if I should pull the trigger. Ditching the old fast ferment, but should probably just get a brew bucket and not break the bank.

Welcome to the forum fellow PA resident.
I also started with a Fast Ferment. found it difficult to manage temp control. Needed some creative engineering for that. I eventually dropped mine in the sink while cleaning it and broke off the valve end. Being on a budget for brewing I went with the SS Brew Bucket. That has been one of my best investments. It is does everything I need as I don't harvest yeast, I overbuild staters, and I don't do a trub dump either. For how I brew I just don't need all the fancy bells and whistles that some of the more expensive units have. For me simple and durable is best.
Your decision just comes down to how fancy or simple you want to get for brewing.
