Just wanted to give a shout out to Arbor Fab - I have a 20g kettle, and didn't pay too much attention when I ordered my hop spider (6"x14"). For 5 gallon batches, the spider would sit fairly high (my kettle is 18.75", so ~4.75" above the bottom).
I sent them this pic:
and within a couple hours they had this fab'd up:
