Hey I made a 5g recipe and for some reason missed about 2quarts of water. Pitched the yeast then realized it. Can I gently introduce some water to it it's 3hrs after. I am assuming the beer will be super concentrated. Hat should I look forward to getting if I use the 4.8gallons besides less beer?

Just a thought, could I make a larger priming solution and make up a bit of the missing water when it's prime time?

It won't harm the beer now if I too it off. The yeast is pitched
