So I don't know if this is even possible but if anyone knows it's yous guys. (Yah I said yous)

I brewed a stout the about a week ago using the following

1 can Cooper's Stout
3/4 Litre of Dark LME
3/4 Litre of Amber LME
1 pound (Aprox) of Dextrose

I am going to rack it over to the secondary tomorrow. It has a really nice chocolate aroma and the little sample I tried is quite nice for a green beer. I would like to turn it into an Oatmeal stout. Is there a way to do it now? Or did I miss the boat?

You missed the boat. At the very least, oats must be steeped. You really gain the most from them by mashing though.

This is a good time to start a second identical batch but steep a pound of oats in it. You'll get a nice comparison (not too mention twice as much beer :D).
