I soaked some blackberries in brandy before I crushed the berries and added them to a fermentor full of cider. I added probably 3-4 oz to the mixture. I opened the fermenter today to add some yeast nutrient, and I'm getting a lot of brandy smell. My question is, will fermentation drive off some of the brandy aroma and flavor? Im a little concerned that the brandy flavor will be overwhelming. Any ideas of what is going to happen????? Cheers
