'ello all.

I want to add a collar to my fermentation, which is a mini fridge (currently taping the door so my fermonster doesn't pop it open). So, just like a collar to a keezer, but in the other direction. I'm planning on getting a 2x6, or whatever 2-by that will work for me (haven't measured yet). I'll take the door off the fridge, but, what's the best way to attach the 2-by to the fridge (I'm imagining the fridge and 2-by being flush on the outside). Maybe a bracket or something? Maybe construction adhesive (i.e., liquid nails)? Anyone have any experience with this?

Also, hope all who are in the northeast aren't snowed in... After 2+ hours and 2.5 feet of snow and my driveway is only half way cleared.......

I've seen lots of kegerator/mini-fridge collars done here. Check out the "Similar threads" listed below to get some ideas.
I was going to link one of those threads but it's already right there waiting :)

Cheers!

Laziness at its finest on display from me right here.

Turns out the fridge has a reversible door, so there are already somewhere to screw into the fridge safely (assuming that will work). Will probably end up just using that with a bracket of some sort to 2-by or plywood!
