Started my very first "large scale" brew a couple of days ago, and it appears to finally be fermenting. It's a five gallon batch of Skeeter Pee, and Lon--skeeter pees mastermind-- says that once fermentation starts, you should get "active fermentation." My bucket has been bubbling since this morning so I assume that sometime last night it began to start fermenting. I am just not sure what to be looking for in terms of an active fermentation, my airlock is bubbling now once every 5-10 seconds. Is this active fermentation? Should I be expecting more bubbles?
