So it happened my wife put erythriol in the sugar container and refused to inform me. I kegged my beer, but some beer remained and I decided to bottle it by priming them one by one with sucrose, which was in fact erythriol.

So the question is: do I have to throw out the bottled beers? Since i know erythriol is non fermentable by yeasts. Or is should i open them and prime again?

Well it is a lot sweeter than any beer I ever tasted. I decided to use it for cooking meat or something like that, it is currently undrinkable.
