3 weeks ago I was set to brew an Imperial Porter. Made my starter from pack of Wyeast Scotch Ale #1728. Used gallon wine jug w/ stopper and airlock, dme etc. Brew day comes along and and I get the stomach flu. Then I have to leave for vacation. So now it has been 3 weeks and and my starter still sits in the wine jug. I can brew tomorrow. What is the best method for bringing these yeast back tonight? Thanks!

You had the starter sitting in the fridge the whole time, right? If so, I would just bring the Starter up to room temp prior to pitching, dump out the slury, and let those sleeping little Yeasties have a good Dinner.:fro:

You will be fine. Just pitch a little more DME or corn sugar to wake them up and pitch away.
