My wife is not that keen on my dark ales, but due to space issues I am not able to ferment under 20 °C.
What yeast will you suggest to use for a light wife-ale?

WLP 001 (Chico) or the Safale US 05 give a very clean finish. With the right ingredients you can get something as dry and refreshing as a lager in my experience.

My wife likes a light colored beer that is easy on the alcohol. I would shoot for something like 40 to 45.
