Had a Berliner at a Homebrew fest a year ago or so. All the local clubs brought beer to pour. One brought this Berliner that was pure Parmesan cheese. Took one sip and handed my cup back to the guy who poured it. Nope.

Really struggling to get my ass home to go to work tomorrow. It's so disheartening knowing I'll just be sitting in an office for 8 hours trying to find something to do. Don't care if get paid to sit there or not. It's a waste of life.

A localish brewery here made a "sour mash Belgian" as they called it. Worst beer I've ever had. Smelled and tasted like Parmesan cheese, dirty feet and vomit. Funny thing was, while checking it in on untappd and rating it 0, I read some other people's reviews. A few were the same as mine, but others were raving about how good it was. One guy even claimed that all the people giving it a bad review just don't know what a sour is supposed to taste like. What a moron.

"Bob's Burgers" re-run on Adult Swim tonight is one I'd never seen. His friend Teddy brings in some home-brew he made & they start selling it at the restaurant illegally. One thing I noticed was Teddy using Grolsch-style flip-top bottles.

Haha! I have no problem naming them. And I'm still pissed about wasting money on that cheese vomit beer. It's Texas Big Beer. I don't think they'll be in business much longer. They couldn't even afford their licensing fees last year. I think they may have somehow raised the money through gofundme, but I'm pretty sure they'll be in the same situation when it's up again. I think people will tire of always helping them out.

Second can of oatmeal cream pie from Pigeon Hill. Local place just started canning. It's not bad, tasty beer. Interesting flavor.
