I could have a much worse drinking problem if I could afford this. A bottle pretty much has to last me a year.

This. One of my favorites. Pretty much only get to drink it if my dad buys it for me for Christmas. He gets me a bottle of something nice every year.

Not sure why I even follow the news anymore, but there is no punishment harsh enough for someone capable of this.

Dude, wtf? That's awful. Hope justice is slow and brutal. But next time warn a guy before you ruin his morning.

Didnt look at the timestamp, but my mail man is a cool mother floccer

Posting my info was the best decision ive made in a while honestly...so far

Dropped it off at usps Good Friday on my way home from work. Not bad for a holiday weekend.

And just you wait until someone shows up at your house druck and tries to drink all your beer.

Tried it a while back when that was announced. Not bad for a Crown product, but I don't see how any sane person could call it whiskey of the year. I'm pretty sure that was just a publicity stunt to generate buzz for his book.

Most likely not that serious.

Gose. Becau-zuh the hipsters would most likely have collective seizures.

lol I was thinking the same, and its also not a style I can really get into.

I guess the flip side to the QOTD would be which style would you want to see more of, too. Maybe that will be tomorrow's QOTD...yea, dibs for tomorrow

Morning all... great night at the old homestead, kid was up like 5 times, which was my fault, then the dag peed on the rug for some ungodly reason, also my fault.

Around 3:30 am she said something about the house falling apart? I dunno. I'm responsible for it though.

Pregnant wife with no sleep is some next level ****.

I don't miss those days one bit Psy. Good luck man, there is a light on the other side of that tunnel. Its coming from the diaper genie. And its emanating a lime green light.

Answer to QOTD: smoke beers. They're gross.

Mornin' friendly friends. Hooray coffee. The 4-day weekend ended way too ******* early.

We're like 4 weeks out so it's getting testy round these parts. I don't blame her, I'd be pissed at the world too.

Made her breakfast and got the kid ready without saying a thing. It's all good, I know what's up.

Answer to QOTD: I like that I can just not drink them, so it's not really that big of an issue, but if I had to choose one, it would be Sour beers. Can I do that? All sours?

I would go with Gose, but sours would free up more shelf space and I wouldn't get sad when I see a really cool label from a decent brewery, only to find out that it's a sour.

Depends. If they're not done right, yes. And a lot of em aren't done right. But I've had some very tasty smoked beers.

But pumpkin beer, never had one I liked. Just about any one I've ever had I can't do more than a sip without drain pour (I will never, ever pay for one for that reason). Mark's was the closest I've come to enjoying one (in that I was able to actually finish it).

Only thing close to as bad is blueberry beer, but that's nowhere near as common.

It doesn't depend. They all taste like **** beer mixed with burnt diapers that were left in the sun for a month during a humid time of year.

This opinion is based on science, and everyone is entitled to it.

Silly CAD, you built your fence too short.

It's just to protect the puppy from the 'bad' side of the garage. It's where I keep extra shingles, decking, animal skulls and wood for the firepit. The previous owner threw a bunch of glass and ceramic tile back there, so it is not a good place for baby dags.

QOTD:
If you could eliminate any single beer style in the world, which would it be an why?

Eh. My personal tastes are no reason to eliminate a style. I have a feeling I won't have a gose that I like more than an ounce or two, but doesn't mean it's horrible. As much as I don't like sweet beers, I did at one time.. I have almost always disliked pilsners though.

Morning. @Dudes, @blizzard , @hello and @wesleys (if you're still alive).

Ellicottville Brewing Company has a really great blueberry beer wheat that is amazing on a hot day. The only thing I don't like about it, is that restaurants will drop a few blueberries in the pint when you order it. Keep that **** out. It's unnecessary, they made a good beer.

Only pumpkin I've had that I like, is from Horseheads Brewing Co.

QOTD: can I say any blue moon or shock top beer as a style? I don't mean Belgian wit, and I don't really even mean American wheat beers. Just everything out out with either of those labels on it.

I'll accept 'Crafty' beer but only in this instance and only because it made me chuckle

So far its gose/sours, pumpkins, fruited, smoked and pils. So far I'm not surprised (aside from the pils selection). I expected to see this sort of line

Disagree though. Belgians were my gateway to craft beer and brewing, now I struggle to enjoy them unless they are hopped up or I'm three to the wind already.

Love bourbon. Bulleit for mixing (aka, manhattans), woodford reserve for sipping. Local liquor store just got some of this in again finally:

Double oaked. Have a bit left in the house. First time I saw WR I just thought "*******... that looks tasty." It's been love at first sight ever since.

I really enjoy both of those myself. I hardly ever have it any more because I'm a lightweight when it comes to liquor.
