Also, I keep getting these RIS that have the distinct dark fruit favors I associate with Quads and Dubbels.

Tell me how to get that flavor in my beers. I want that all of the time. Or at least on a decent Friday night.

These Avery beers hide their alcohol better than anything ever. This suckers damn near 15%. Sheeeeeiiiiiit.

I was gonna say I put my name on the bottles, not because I want recognition, but I hate it when I drink a bottle and don't know who to thank.

Wasn't me. This is genuinely the best beer I've had in a long time. Possibly ever. And Blizzard sent me a second.

Picked up a 25kg bag of marris otter today. Going to finish off my standard 2row when I brew the black IPA monday, and will tap into the new bag for that batch also. It's gonna be a good'un.

Up early on this Easter morn to make some money. Surprisingly feeling better than yesterday even though I only got about 5 hours of sleep. Time change happened for us this morning.

Easter dinner with the in-laws this evening, and invited our import players along, because Norwegians are so floccing independent that they hadn't been invited anywhere yet. Had to look out for my fellow Americans. Should be an interesting dynamic.
