I'm taking tonight off since I had 13 last night. Although 8 of those were Guinness so that doesnt even count. Tomorrow I'm brewing... something. Still undecided. Wife wants a lightish Dunkel but I dont have the stuff for it. I have pils, maybe 3lbs of Munich10L, random crystal/roast/etc. Might just throw that munich, pils, what I think is caramunich (i have a random bag of somethign that's quite sweet and I know it's german.) together. Still might do a std pils or hoppy pale tho.

Because it's a gose? I asked for it...kind a wears on you once that fermented urine flavor sets in. For the record, that's a compliment. All gose I've had taste like that. Seems like an excellent example of the style.
