I picked up a bottle of Jameson aged in Stout barrels today. haven't tried it yet. also picked up some Songbird Saison from Tall Grass. haven't tried it either.

Oat Mild. My wife is out for the night. I should be studying. I have half a mind to say flocc it and get piss drunk and just wing my exam tomorrow. I think I"m in good enough shape to still pass. Coin toss on style comparisons as to whether of studied them (and can wing most that I haven't, it's the Czech Lager breakdown that frightens me, and of course I'll get one of those) and I'm good on everything else.

You're not wrong. Garlic, while having an extremely strong flavor/aroma that can burn your eyes/nostrils, only exacerbates sweetness in a dish that is too sweet or on the edge.
