Steakhouse dinner last night. Enjoyed a couple bottles of red wine. Wine was very good, but feeling a bit hazy this morning.

Heh. I'm still debating whether to start a plant in the city or not. I think I will, but I'm going to keep it small and 2-3 bines max. I have cascade and centennial rhizomes ordered for this year.

The house really is tempting. Not that I need any more debt, at this point 25k would be a drop in the bucket. I wouldn't mind having the house as income property, the neighborhood would be a nice area to rent out. It would probably take easily 50k to fix up the house though. I haven't seen the inside apart from what you can see through the windows. Not the best shape, I'm sure. Good bones though.

I then took a density reading of an average bean and calculated a weight displacement in a glass of beer and figured I had a really good shot if I completely guessed with a random number, as I had no real idea how to science it.
