Really the only good Ninkasi beer as far as I'm concerned. They put out a lot of mediocre IPAs constantly. That Spring Reign is good though.

I had an English Bitter of some form while I was on vacation out west once that was alright. It wasn't spectacular though.

Had this last night while watching some tv, after plenty of other beer and wine at my folk's house for dinner. Woke up on the couch around 1 am, TV and lights in the house all off. In my excitement to brew for the first time in a long time, I brought water to temp to mash. Did not account for heat loss. Hopefully I made the proper adjustment for the situation by switching to impromptu BIAB.

Haha same here on the waking up on the couch. Fell asleep during family movie and woke up at 1 to a dark house.
