I got a call from 'Microsoft' two days ago that my computer was sending out viruses and they needed to connect to my computer remotely to solve the problem.

I kept them on the phone for a good 10 minutes before they finally hung up.

any idea whats going on here? I turned off the stirplete yesterday and ti started settling. This morning, it was all floated to the top. Never seen anything like it. Put it in the ferm chamber to see if itll settle at 60F. I'll taste it when I get home

I dont mind making starters, but now that I think about it, I just have no room for slurry in my fridge, too much beer. Plus, I'd have like 2-3 jars each of around 18 yeast strains

Im hoping it settles back down. When I picked it up, more clumps just shot up from the bottom. Really weird
