Had my annual review today. Getting a raise and a decent bonus. Brewery upgrades coming soon. 15gal kettle, pump, and plate chiller here I come. Anyone here have any experience with the Duda Diesel 40 plate chiller? For $108 it looks tough to beat.

Drinking some Pepsi now. I will be dipping into the Four Roses shortly though.

Congrats. I'm tired of pay cuts, whether literal or effective (raise, if any, less than enough to keep up with inflation/increase in other benefit costs).

I mainly oversee stuff these days, I get in on some of the recipe formulation, but I farm a lot of that busywork out to Korea (great animators as well) in exchange for pallets upon pallets of beer.

It was going into a carboy but the pulp still being somewhat frozen was too thick, wasn't happening.
May go in a trimary or what have you after a couple weeks.
