All grain brewing takes long ******* time you're doing in at 12 gallon batch and it's bloody cold outdoors. On the plus side efficiency is well above the 65% I was told to expect, the estimated pre boil gravity was 1.050 I am at 1.060

Nice! Thats a pretty dang good beer. Whats the date on the bottom? You can also tell if I packaged it if the four pack top is white instead of clear. We switched to white last week. @psylocide

Lol dude I'm surrounded by awesome pizza joints. I couldn't imagine having to drive two hours for good pizza let alone be reduced to having to order chain pizza. You need to visit Philly man
