Welp, the electrical issue seems to have sorted itself out somehow. I had a relay with 12vds on both sides of the controller pins and one of the 12v's was running through a time delay relay and latching before coming back and opening the contacts again. Apparently the relay became latched in the wrong direction, so I just shorted the pins with a screwdriver and it all seems to work for now. My brain is totally fried from sorting through these damn 30 year old diagrams that are half wrong and updating them... I need a beer.

185. Best deal we have seen. We were planning to wait till summer or fall to seriously look but couldn't pass up at least trying on this one. Most houses like this was easily over 200. Not new though obviously, built is 1953

All you guys drinking that Beer Camp finally got to me and I bought a case. Hope it is good.

Only doing one! Its 4bd/2.5 bath, full finished basement, half acre lot, no backyard neighbors, wood burning fireplace with limestone surround (I freakin love limestone), nothing is really outdated, covered back deck, and the best part is that its 2,700 sq.ft!
