Lickinghole Creek, from Goochland. Actual location names though. Can't make that sh** up.

I actually picked up two of their Goochland Quad today. I haven't had that one before. I hope it's decent.

100% with you on that. I have had ONE dryhopped saison I liked and that was because the hops covered up the nasty phenolic yeast taste.

Soured saison's aren't terrible though

Just bought supplies for Steak Toaster. Decided to go partial mash because 17 lb. grain bill scared me. Cut that back to 13 or so and subbed 4 lbs DME. Better work or he's fired. Grabbed some oak chips because oaked is better than not oaked.

(Steak Toaster is just this KBS recipe. Shhhh)
