Quoting myself in hopes of getting a funking response this time. Come one peeps! :D

Highly doubt this is what you're looking for, but the only irish red I've done was AHS's. It was pretty good, but not a wow factor. Used WLP004. My 2 cents have been contributed! [emoji482]

Really didn't mean to upset RyAnne, but ok.

Calm down there, Johnny Chiuten.

Just set up a time to view a house this Saturday. Havent been looking seriously yet but said we would consider something if we found a good deal or one we really like. This one looks like both! 4 bed/2.5 bath, full basement, 2-car garage, 0.5 acre lot, no backyard neighbors, nothing really needs updating except paint maybe, large kitchen, wood fireplace, blah blah blah blah. I could keep going on but i'll stop. Best part is its under $68 sq/ft. Under $100 sq/ft for something that doesn't need remodel in our town is a deal.

You may want to upgrade that fireplace. If its made out of wood, I swear it wont survive many uses.

Cant argue with the cost though as long as its in a good place and has enough of a yard (if you are into them)

Looks like everything is in great shape. A k-9 unit cop currently lives there so you know he kept up on any issues. Yard is really good sized, big enough to add a 12x20 brew shed and not disturb too much. :D

Jesus, why do I live in an urban area...

I live in the city and our house (nearly identical to those stats, -1 bedroom and probably closer neighbors) was $65/sqft. If I didn't have student loans up to my eyeballs, I'd be buying up property here like crazy.

Your place has a nice features to it as well! We arent as fancy as you though considering Im not a fancy pants aerospace architect. :D

Just figured mine out...came closer to 95.00 a sqft when we bought it. My surrounding neighbors would be around 105.00 a sqft since most of their property has been updated if they sold. Ours now would probably fetch between 98 and 102 a sqft I think
Our place is in the Mayfair section of Philadelphia, though. I need to move out to the sticks

Kansas. I can see the charm.

Man.. me too. Acreage is dirt cheap where I grew up an hour outside the city. That kind of commute is not an option though.

This. I pay more per sf, but love my house, neighborhood, and commute. Worth it.

One of the best things overheard while in Australia: pronouncing Kansas and Ar-Kansas. I tried to tell them, but they didn't believe me.

Alright, talked to my buddy this morning that suggested an Irish ale. He is cool with whatever as long as it isnt overly bitter and is RED. Here is what I mocked up as a hybrid american red/pale ale with hops I have on hand. Probably use a clean yeast for this. Any suggestions on recipe or yeast are welcomed. Go on CAD . I'm too lazy to google.

Not sure if this was a statement or a command... (edit: thought you needed help posting a jpg)

I haven't visited her yet, there are too many other distractions downtown and if you're that close.. you might as well just go to the Naval Park and see big ass ships with bigger ass guns.
