I like making my own Pho using all tripe instead of a blend of different cuts of meat. I get weird looks asking for it at restaurants. Ive still got 6 jars frozen in my fridge from Thanksgiving cause SWMBO won't let me eat it when shes around...

I do miss a couple ladies who wanted them some punk rocker hippy toothpick loving but missed the boat. Kinda wish they had spoken up. It's not like I had anything better to do. Bong rips in the parking lot after 12 hour shifts can wait a few minutes.

It's kinda important though. The bridges are getting old. Likely a few years out if it happens, would be cool to see I think.

Oh yeah. Not saying it's a bad thing, just that it takes away some of the majesty of the falls for me knowing they can be turned off as needed.

I've had the pleasure of visiting Victoria Falls and Iguazu Falls. Niagra falls is still on the agenda. Who doesn't enjoy big waterfalls. Just need to buy enough ballons for my house.
