Yeah, I'll get over the name thing as long as it tastes good.

Eh, what the hell. I've got everything to make it. I may as well give it a shot.

I did an IPA with Nelson-Citra-Southern Cross recently that turned out really great. I'll bet your combo will too. I'd do it, for whatever that's worth....

...I have that same kitchen set. My daughter loves it...always making me eat those horrible cookies and cupcakes that came with it

Mine makes me sit down and serves me, but won't let me 'eat' until she puts every fake condiment on it, then she makes me wait until she can come sit down and watch.

Kids are goofy.

Anyone else brewing/drinking in the middle of sh!tty weather Thursday, or just gif'ng about science cats today at work? [emoji482][emoji238]

We have a manufacturer throwing us a thank you party at four. I won't be eating any. They picked up a few cases of beer, I brought in some of my own and some Scotch

Also cooking rabit this weekend. Wondering if anyone here has experience in ways to prep it. I'm thinking a stew. probably pretty basic but could use pointers. Not cooked it before.

I want to try rabbit so bad.. if I ever catch the fat one that's hanging around my yard, I'll be trying a stew for sure. The thing probably put on 10 pounds eating all my pears.

I really like rabbit. My favourite way I ever tasted it was in a terrine but I'm not planning on being so adventurous.

Something I've been meaning to cook and they had nice fat ones in the supermarket the other day so picked one up. I'd love to get a pellet gun and pick off the feckers in my yard come the spring. We have loads around here. I wonder are the wild city ones healthy enough to eat.

Pear infused rabbit sounds great BTW

Just learned about the process this morning and was curious to see how many of you had tried it. I somehow knew that you would be one of them.

Honestly surprised you haven't heard of this before. Haven't tried it personally, but don't really see a need for it unless you're having mash issues (or trying to do a quick mash).

No. But I'm prepping my rabbit thermos for a gif.

This is the only thing that concerns me, though I wouldn't imagine they really go around eating garbage or.. anything. Especially not this guy. If I didn't harvest the pears before they fell, by the time I got home from work, each pear that dropped had a big bite taken out of it. I'd be better off going to my parents farm and picking one off from around their garden I'm sure, but they are so lean compared to the guy in my yard...
