Had the Stone Enjoy After 12.25.2015 last week. It's an aged Brett IPA. Was quite a let down. It didn't really have much funk. Any ol White IPA but with no hop aroma, lol. Sucked.

Missed the Glowskulls talk. They were my wife and I's first date. She almost dropped me then and there because I wouldn't stop moshing. Good times.

Miller Lite because I was thirsty.

Had some crack while prepping dinner. Now hops and my living room floor.

Peat malt should never be sold anywhere, ever. Just my opinion, though. Never liked the flavor of it in beer. I used German rauch malt in my first smoked porter and it turned out great. The one I used cherrywood smoked in, I used 10oz in a 14.5lb grain bill. Seemed just about perfect for my tastes.

One of the first beers I did was AHS's Irish Summer Ale. Nice easy drinker with good flavor and body. Called for a mere .5 oz of the stuff. They accidentally sent me a 1/2 lb of the stuff. I actually called to make sure the recipe was correct. I've brewed once again and used 4 oz, and still was still negligible. (I like peaty scotch, though, so the flavor doesn't bother me). There's an interesting 100% peat malt beer thread on here. Can't imagine that would be good.
