My FIL told me 2 things to remember when I married my wife. 1. No take-backs. 2. Just say "yes, dear". It's wise to pick your battles. Plus, you now have banked some points in your favor.

We allow take backs because sometimes you say stupid schit and you weren't meaning to hurt feelings. Highly recommended.

I like trains and I like snowplows.

How much fun would this be to drive.

See, this is why I went to engineering school. The whole snowplow/train thing didn't work out though.

I didn't finish the bottle of Bcbbw last night, so I'm making toffee with the rest. Gonna put a chocolate coating on it made with Sunday morning stout, probably. Drinking beer was so 2015.

Really liking that ugly as flock crimson IPA's color.

Having a couple of beers myself this bitingly cold January day. I feel your pain. There was actually some frost on the north facing eaves of the house this am. *shudder*

What was your hop schedule? You happy with the hops?

It's decent, nothing out of this world though. Kind of a reflection of my entire brew day for this one.

Just Columbus to bitter to 30 ish, then another 25 or so at 10 mins with mosaic, ~3 oz flameout - 2 citra, 1 mosaic and leftovers from bittering.

Only used 2 oz on the dry hop for this one (1 of each) I should say session IPA though, it's only 6.6%.
Or maybe double pale. Since that's a thing now.

Nice thanks. They should just call it Imperial Pale Ale, or ipa for short.

I got a 1/4 hog and the butcher was all like 'hey... We've got some wide cut bacon, wanna try it out?'

Gave me two lbs and it's just massive.

Yum, bacon. Only a fool would say no to bacon.

I need one of those. Came out from son's hockey game to a blizzard. Had a Chocolate Cherry Bomb before shoveling and now onto a FBS.

It was actually snowing pretty hard for a bit here today. Nothing sticking though. Going to hit the gym and then hit the beer before another dry week leading up to next weekend. Birthday weekend, lots of beer, and brewathon.

I was pretty finished already. Reminder, limit yourself to no more than two high abv beers before dinner

Now you tell me. Brew day with a friend yesterday. 20+ gallons of stout in fermenters.

Making dinner. Caramelized onions/mushrooms/sun dried tomatoes in big bad baptist reduction. I don't make meatloaf often, but when I do, I don't **** around.
