How's that? How are oyster stouts in general? I may have never tried one.

It's good. It's my last one from last year. And the good thing about RA is it was only like $7/sixer. I like oyster stouts, as long as the beer itself is solid. Usually they only boil oyster shells in the wort, so you don't really get oyster flavor from it. Maybe a little minerally at times (word?).

Understood. I guess it started to get done Cl in the water? Seems silly.

Eh. Sugars come off with Oxy. PBW if you fancy. Barkeeper's Friend if you're a drunk slob.

I keep 2 of those on hand.

As long as I clean it immediately after transfer to jars it comes off with basically just water. She's just paranoid about her expensive-for-us knock off All-Clad (she'd cut my throat if I used the one actual All-Clad pan we scored for like $20 at a thrift store but it wouldn't work this anyway).

Done working out, waiting on takeout Thai food.

Having my ipa and watching football. Ended up staying at the birthday party for over 2 hours when the plan was to just drop off my daughter. Oh well.

Water, had a good run. Watched too much of that terrible football game. Beer once the sleeping child wakes up.

Wow, got 85% efficiency on this full volume no-sparge, normally get closer to 75. Hope a 6.6% pilsner is still OK. Might dilute half a gallon. Probably be too lazy.

Everybody will be pleased to know that no kittens had to be punched tonight.
Now where's that tracking# finsy?

Call it a Pilsnerial and you're in style again.

6.6% Pils. After all the Mild drinking your system will go into shock.

Or call it a saison. Pretty much anything goes as far as I can tell.
