Well, to be fair, I did quote that nonsense. Reporting myself.

So did I. Then I edited it, then I joke reported it, and went back to do it for real. Passedpawn is on duty. Maybe he'll fix it. Maybe he won't. New page, new beer?

Yes. New beer.

Water. Gym. Then dinner. Then beer and hockey. Then invert. Going to (with my wife's begrudging consent) use one of her good pots (I don't have a second one that's the right size range) and make my #2 and #3 simultaneously.

Eh. Sugars come off with Oxy. PBW if you fancy. Barkeeper's Friend if you're a drunk slob.

I keep 2 of those on hand.

I swear, extra light DME boiled for 30min with a crap load of mosaic and Equinox after FO makes a freaking easy and tasty beer. A little Munich LME helps it round it out a little to.

I've been wondering if this would work or if it was a waste of ingredients. I'll add it to the list.

Hmmm....I wonder if @finsfan knows my favorite beer styles are Stouts, Porters, and DIPAs. I wonder of he can even find any of those in Kansas.

Do. It's almost become my house IPA. And it's so damn easy and simple. I usually add 3lbs of DME at 30min and then enough hotshots to get me the bitterness I want. The only drawback is that because it's a shorter boil it takes a little more bittering hops. But it's a great trade off with making a short and easy brew day.

Does sound like an easy way to get a quick, tasty beer in the pipeline.
