It's Friday *******!
Dryish week over, have lost weight again every day this week, 10 lbs in 7 days which seems pretty unbelievable, definitely not sustainable, possibly even unhealthy, but apparently moderate diet changes (moderate cutback of carbs, no late night snacking, and reducing overall caloric intake by maybe 20% but by no means starving myself, and really how I should be eating anyway) plus 5 days very hard cardio/HIIT exercise and it's possible. Plateau f***ing crushed. Work shirts I bought in October/November aiming on the small side are now too big.
Got a bottle of Delirium Tremens in the fridge waiting for me tonight, among other things that may or may not get drank (maybe not). Water for now.
