What's the deal on the HB?

Belgian Golden Strong. A bit old, but still drinks well. The older brother (still fermenting) will age out around 15-17%.

Have a million dollars and continue working a boring as **** 50k a year job? Ehhh
I'd still be working the same 75k/year job for a bit, but there'd be a whole lot fewer fux given. Within a year, I'd likely go back to school for something more fun than IT... or feel free to work a fun job for less money.

Add a touch of soccer to it, and it would be the perfect storm of terrible sports.
 
I've been smacking this pack of US-05 for 3 weeks and it hasn't swelled a bit. is my yeast dead?


Have you tried placing it in an emerald bowl and dancing around a fire at precisely 1:02AM (Mountain Standard Time) while facing Northwest?
