Finally relaxing. Made a half he pot of spaghetti sauce that's baking in the oven and I'm almost finished roasting two cups of beans (long overdue). Took a couple of walks this afternoon to enjoy the balmy weather, but rain cut the second short. Cold is moving in now and the winds are howling. Will be a bit of a shock tomorrow.

By the power of gray skull, he pot had the power!

Actually bought liquid yeast the White Labs pure pitch stuff in the package any idea when to take it out of the fridge. Should be easy to keep it in the room where the beer is no chilling so they don't get stressed out and fart like me

Wind only howls in Wyoming and during a tornado or a hurricane. What you have is a breeze. [emoji6]

Huh... Speechless really. That 1 time you brewed last year totally paid off.

Wish I liked sours, looks like fun though.

Brewed three times last year, so suck it! :p
I don't brew anywhere near as much as I'd like. Hopefully, I can change that this year.

So I go to start the grill only to realize that (a) I left the bottle valve on and (b) I left a burner on last time I grilled. I Didn't even try to light it. So I'm bbq'ing chicken in an iron skillet. Quick sear on each side, removed the breasts, about a cup of sauce added to deglaze, threw the tits back in to coat, simmering til the sauce thickens up.

Hope this works. I'm a moron.

Duds I brew at least once a month and it's not enough. I'm not brewing until February and I hate it. Hate hate hate.

Dang... Almost a whole propane tank's worth.

I wish I could brew more too, but family time is good and work is a necessity so, having priorities is the dick in this situation.

Brewed two beers today to make up for you slackers. Now watching the original. Gonna watch them all again in released order before i watch the new one. View attachment 329224

I drank more than you did.

I brewed at least 65 gallons this year, hope to step that up quite a bit. I'm thinking most of you did double that.

I just found some of this jelly for sale, any good? Thinking about getting the latte stout jelly.

It's OK. I did the recipe off their web site for slow cooker chicken. It was a little sweet, but I've been drinking IPAs for 4 hours before I started eating, so it would need to taste like a hop cone to get any bitterness. I have 3 other jars to try.

Nothing special rice that was made in the pressure cooker with bullion in lieu of chicken stock and olive oil mixed with black beans made in pressure cooker with olive oil salt and I think I threw some other stuff in bay leaf I can't remember and can refried beans and cheddar cheese in tortilla and bake in oven with stokes green chilli on top. sour cream and taco bell fire sauce

Looks like the only thing you didn't throw in was punctuation marks.
