One of my friends posted a FB vid of some crazy hail out in Mansfield.

It's take hail over the floccing snow storms they get up north. At least we have insurance coverage for it! It was mainly lightning here, maybe 1in rain at my location.

Talked to a buddy who moved the the Portland area. Said it hasn't gotten over 50F since October. Sun went extinct also. We had 5 days of cloudy weather and wanted to slit my wrists, can't imagine months of that. Guess that's what all the micro-breweries are for up there eh?

Morning all.

quick catch-up post:

I don't get Good Friday off, but will likely leave at little early (3:30 - 4ish), versus my normal checkout of 4 - 4:30 on Friday.

I get 120 hours per year PTO/vacation and I use them all every year. I'm on call 24/7/365. If I schedule a vacation day, that means you better only call me if the company is burning down and we aren't going to be able to make any money that day. If you call me on my vacation day and I work for more than 5 minutes, it is no longer a vacation day.

I've been brewing off and on for 22 years, and I started after grad school, so OLD.

Congrats to the untaggable science guy and old Asian dude.

I don't remember many dreams, every once in awhile I get the flying dream which turns into the falling dream...

if I missed a topic, i need to PKU better.

Yeah it's been a wet winter, that's for sure. I think it was December where we had like 23 straight days of at least half an inch of rain. Price you pay for green though, and it's worth it to me. And yeah I agree about snow being bollocks. Never understood how people can live up north and deal with all of that.

Wut?
