Mrrrnng.

Good news: it's Friday and I'm leaving work at noon.

Bad news: SWMBO has me running errands all over the place this afternoon, ending with loading a heavy-@ss foosball table into a Uhaul and shlepping it across town to a youth center. Anybody wanna help me move this dumb thing? I have beer.

We don't ignore messages. If you asked one us, it would have been done. I can do it now.

I also don't make things up for the hell of it, but thanks for making it happen.

Morning friendlies. Puppy finally had a relatively chill night. Changing it up tonight. May hit up a new brewery instead of the smoke filled bachelor pad.

Jump on in on the Cheese, Cad. This stuff is right up your alley

After a shower this morning I walked by my 2.8 year old daughters room and saw her laying in a weird angle, clearly awake. I opened her door and she ran over, gave me a big hug and a kiss and told me she missed me. She told me about the dream she had with a bunny.
Don't you ever grow up sweetie, don't you dare

Last night after I picked my son up from school (after a late event) he gave me a hug & kiss before he went up to bed. At 11 1/2, I know those days are numbered so I take every one I can get.

My 7 year old is like that still, thank God. And I get my 2 year old fix every Sunday when I see my brother. Dude has 7 kids from ages 16 to 2...and I suspect they're trying for #8...

7?!?!?! 8?!?!?!?!?!?! There wouldn't be any money left for beer?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!

lol Figured I would FINALLY start a trend for music in the thread. Just took a little Cheese.

Post one in the what are you listening to now thread. Ought to get a reaction. ;)

Good luck today and tomorrow @psylocide - and remember, you gotta win so you're not too beat up for your daughters party come Sunday!

French press and frantically searching my desk for the one **** I had left to give...

Wait. You all have been listening to Richard cheese? Weird coincidence. I was listening to his stuff just last week. Now I am maintaining my sanity while the HVAC stuff gets replaced.

Very loud noises.

Morning. First call done for the day, should just be one more to go. Hoping to get out for lunch before heading to the airport and starting mini-vacation time.

@BeerMeDuffMan , do people at your job know/care about the beer? I've got 3 bottles in my desk right now and already nervous about it. It's a locked cabinet, but still.

They know, for sure. They joke around when they hear clanking of the bottles when ever I make shifts or bag things up to take home.
If they ever went into my bottom desk drawer, they would see the liquor supply. I don't think office drinking is condoned, but its not exactly frown upon here, either.

I've taken home-brew to an in-office happy hour before and shared with our CIO. I'd be shown the door if I opened one during the day, but they are definitely not uptight about it.

Dude, malort?

The only reason I'm nervous here is that I'm a consultant in a client's office. I doubt anyone would really care tho. My client counterpart is a pretty big drinker, loves his Jameson.
