I have my beers sitting outside chilling. It's currently 26° F here. That shouldn't freeze an 8.2% ABV beer, right?

*scratches beard* Might want to go check on those...

Finally trying out Wooden Rooster. Thanks Fins! Probably a nightcap.

Bottled my brandy barrel solera, but that's about the only brew chore on my list I managed to get done today. Still have a few things I really need to do here soon. Guess I'll have to stay up a bit late sometime this week.

About to watch Downton Abbey with the wife. Cracked open a Central Waters BA Barleywine.

Works here, Ivan the Terrible

Strange, it was the only img on mobile that didn't show up no matter how many times I reloaded the page.

@wyobrewer1 , we still have at least a case of it sitting around town. I believe it is 2014.

More what? Img is broken?

Ivan the Terrible! Whoops I see someone beat me to the punch. You should buy a few more. This had zero heat and is drinking awesome.

Blizzard, it's solid and worth picking up. Up here it's about $4 cheaper per 4 pack than Ten Fidy and just as good.

Had a Heineken at dinner. Now finishing that movie that my wife and started last night. Might actually finish it tonight.

Still on the Pale Mild. Not gushing. Quite the opposite. A nice gentle 1.1 volumes of CO2.

Starting to think my scale didn't tare properly or I flat out miscalculated.

3.2 oz of cane sugar in 5 gallons. Peak temp was 68. Should be bubbly but not this.

Clean your bottle bucket spigot?

Degass a sample and measure the gravity. If you're significantly below your FG, you have your answer. Either you bottled too soon, or you picked up something wild.

Yeah it's gone. I think I had a bug. Tubing and spigot are already trashed.

And yes I need to keg.
