Sure. I've got a harvest ale I put two pounds of fresh picked nugget in and bottled in August. You'll love it. I can even sweeten the deal with some cider that tastes like vodka.

Damnit my phones in the shop for an hour and a half and yall set up a HB swap without me? I'm in for ten bottles of kinda sulphury Mild. Bottling infection maybe? Dunno. I know it's not up to my standards and I've been shame drinking it for three weeks.

I don't swap for milds. If I want to brew 5 gal, I'll just pony up for the 2# of grain.

Ah, hah.. no, my previous post about taking a saison to my friend and him telling me it tasted like cider was just poor delivery on my part. What I meant, was that because I didn't label my beer at that time, I thought I took him my saison. Told him it was saison. In reality, it was the cider. The saison is the first beer I've made in a while that actually makes me all warm and fuzzy.

Hb swap? I've got a pumpkin beer that'll gush like a mall fountain. Hasn't bottle bombed me yet... Dumped 3/4 of them, too lazy for the rest. Any targets.. Er... Takers? Yeah any takers?

Finally caught up so...
- I remove labels by soaking in PBW
- I don't label HB, just initials and ABV on cap
- hooray for plastic
- generally not a fan of saisons but B52 has a mosaic dry-hopped that I love.
