Feeling like I know what I am doing when I brew a batch of beer.

I split the hibiscus saison batch and it does not taste like it is 8.3-8.4%. No oxygenation kit required when you shake the *@$& out of the fermentor.

I have no desire to pick up and shake 5/6 gallons of liquid for several minuets, old:D
 
That saison looks really good fuzzy! Got to try the hibiscus sometime. Would like to play with tinctures as well. I would also like to try brewing with crunch berries as well.
