Just wanted to let everyone know what a big help this site has been. I am new to brewing and am just about ready to bottle the 1st batch of Irish Stout that was made with a couple of friends. Took a reading last night and had a small sample and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was. I hope to report back with more good news in a few weeks after it's been bottled.
