Does anybody have suggestions for yeasts that will do well at 72 degrees? I'm not ready to build a fermentation chamber yet but my garage holds pretty steady, so I think I'll have good luck if I pick the right yeast.

I'm sure the information is here somewhere, but I haven't found it yet.

Thanks!

You could brew a Belgian beer. I like to have all of those yeasts ferment warmer (72+) to get the real flavor profile out of them. I also like to ferment some hefeweizens warmer (Wyeast 3068 is a personal favorite)

I've brewed a number over beers at 72 or more and they came out just fine. Of course lower would be better, it will still be fine.
