After moving from primary to seconday today, I estimate I'm about .5 gallons shy of 5... Lots of aeration when I poured my wort into last beers yeast, no doubt. Aeration creates bubbles, which make it really difficult to measure 5 gallons through side of bucket scale (Maybe I should start weighing it?). Anyway, I'm wondering whether to mess with it or not. What would you do?
